My wife and I bought a policy when we moved into a house we purchased back in 2010. In the spring of 2011 we ran into a problem with the air conditioner. The company sent out repair people to stall for time until our policy lapsed. Them they refused to fix the problem. To me, for an air conditioner to be working it must cool the house. For them if the air conditioner turns on and the fan blade spins then the air conditioner works.

They are either stupid or dishonest. I bet on dishonest.

I have had great experience with The Warranty Group...filed a claim and it was taken care of. Great customer service...great company! I've referred them to all my family and everyone has some sort of extended warranty with them.

I have tried for nine months to get the $150 auto rental refund back from The Warranty Group. They have played games with me, they are playing games with me.
