Broken Sony TV in warranty with the warranty group - Sony Bravia XBR55X850c 4k tv

Back in January, my Sony Bravia 4k tv had some major issues, and because it was under warranty, I called the warranty group to have it repaired. It took an astounding 2 weeks before anyone showed up to look at my tv, and it was decided that the panel and motherboard were damaged and it needed to be repkaced. So the tech left after saying I would get a call in 2 days with my options. Another week passed with no call, so I took it upon myself to call the warranty group. They then decided to lie to me, stating I was called when I clearly was not, and that they left a message. This also did not happen. She then said that they decided to buy me out of my contract for the retail cost of my tv because sony no longer makes the panels. She told me to expect a check in 7-10 business days from the following day. Ten business day pass, and nothing, so I call them up. They said that it should have been there, and that they would void it out and send another, and I should get it in 7-10 business days. Another 10 business days pass, and no check. I call again, and they gave me even more excuses and lies. This time, she decided to escalate it and send via FedEx, have it on Tuesday of the following week, and I would be emailed with the tracking number on Monday. Monday comes, nothing... tuesday comes, nothing. Now I am getting mad. I call up yet again, this time I put on more pressure to get answers, but they lie yet again and claim there were no notes on my previous escalation, fedex, or a tracking number. Getting irate, I pushed back with legal ramifications they would suffer for breach of contract, and upon all of their lies, she relpied with a good luck, and hung up. I call back again, get someone else, she promises to escalate it and get my check to me in 3-5 business days via fedex, but I have my doubts again, and state I want it Western union or next day air. She said they can't do that, and I called BS. Yet again, I hang up with no progress to my issue with them. The following monday, I call back, and here we are 2 months later, and still no check. The lady I spoke to said they mailed it the 15th via fed ex, and I should get it by Tuesday. I asked for a tacking number, and she gives me a false tracking number, and then tries to cover it up with the fact she has no access to that information, and accounts payable would call me by noon, my time, to give it to me. I hang up after we finish talking. Here it is, Tuesday, and no FedEx, no call, no nothing, yet again. I have since been in contact with Morgan&Morgan to sue this company on fraud, breach of contract, defamation of character, and lost wages since I make money by streaming game play online and can't play without a tv. Also, little did they know, I have been recording their conversations with me for evidence. I expect more that the cost of just my tv now!
