Dear Warrantygroup ,

Service request number 01542189 .
Sent back mobile and was received and signed as received on 27/12/2016 according to the shipper to the designated warehouse. Warehouse address :
a) Warehouse address:Service Request Number 01542189
Ciempozuelos Madrid

Till now more than 3 months later after you’re answer (see under) to pay back still did not receive any money or voucher’s from AliExpress to get other phone .

Need to buy new phone but you still have my money and you the received old faulty phone also.
Please pay back phone as agreed , or I will need to contact the government consumer protection agencie to sort this.
